Exercises:

• If you purchase a course that includes exercises, for performing exercises you will need a clean computer or virtual machine running Windows 2000 or Windows XP - no applications should be installed.  You may run the training on a seperate computer if you wish.

Viewing:

• You must be connected to the Internet when viewing the training.

Taking Review Quizzes:

• At the end of most modules is a review quiz.  The completion of these review quizzes is used for your course completion certificate (if your training includes one).
• Review quizzes can only be completed once - make sure you review the relevant portions of the module before taking the quiz.
• If you wish to print the quiz results and answer explanations, do so before exiting the quiz.
